Go over your plan and we keep answering
We never stop answering your phone. Extra answered calls are 90¢ each on Starter, 75¢ on Standard and 60¢ on Pro — never per minute. We email you at 80% and again when you reach your allowance, so the number on your invoice is never the first you hear of it.
Spam is never counted
Robocalls and telemarketers are answered, recognized, and ended politely — and they never come off your monthly allowance.
